Any success that the company has is the team's success. None of this is possible without every single member of our outstanding and talented team!
Jim has over 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. In his early years, he started out as a seasonal laborer. He has served as head estimator, project manager, vice-president of commercial development, president of a construction branch, and project executive for several South Eastern and North Eastern Pennsylvania construction companies.
When time allows, Jim has been known to join his GCI crew on site and swing a hammer. He knows how important it is to understand all aspects of the construction process and to support his hard-working team.
A resident of Columbia County, Jim had the experiences of successfully completing numerous projects located throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey. With Jim's continued involvement in every project, he always strives to provide outstanding personal service and optimum facilities for his clients and their end users.
Jim's love of construction started at an early age at the feet of his grandfather, Elbert, who once served as Vice-President of Turner Construction in NYC. Elbert was happy to pass along his knowledge and love of the industry to his only grandchild. In fact, Jim inherited his passion for construction from his grandfather. Therefore, Jim felt it only fitting to give credit where credit is due and honor his grandfather by naming the company "Generations".
